In the rapidly increasing E Mobility market Clamason produce one of the key structural components which holds the motor and pedal assembly to the bike frame.
Aluminium is used to minimise weight with strength coming from the component design. Components are produced in volumes of > 1million per annum on progression tooling, in addition a subsequent deburring operation is required to ensure the components are completely burr free.
