Technical Cleaning Services for Pressed Metal Parts

With the ever increasing requirement for pressed parts to be technically clean Clamason are perfectly positioned to achieve this with state of the art cleaning machines at both the Clamason UK and Slovakia plants.

Compliant with all the latest industry regulations and meeting international clean room standards (Class 8), each technical cleaning machine is an automatic fully enclosed system that can achieve 56 dyne level with a minimum particle size of 127 microns (depending on the material type and component design). There are 5 cleaning machines across the 2 plants that can run multiple programmes depending on customer specification. From basic degreasing and washing, to solvent cleaning with ultrasonic technology.

NEW- Clamason’s ATC-100® Cleaning Process

Sub Contractor Cleaning Service

In addition to our primary technical cleaning service, Clamason also provide sub-contractor cleaning options for those working in the manufacturing industry.

This arrangement is invaluable for businesses who have forged, machined or cast their own components but have neither the bandwidth nor budget to oversee the cleaning process in-house.

In this scenario OEMs can partner with Clamason and entrust us to deliver cast part cleaning of aluminium and stainless steel instruments on their behalf.

We utilise existing cleaning lines to deliver to a high specification on time, every time. This has proven particularly successful for those creating forged parts for brake pistons using their own technology. When outsourcing technical cleaning, it serves to do so with a company you can trust.
