Clamason moved to the current site in 2010, the factory – based in Nitra, Slovakia – had humble beginnings, but very high hopes. Housing minimal equipment and only a handful of customers, the quality of product delivered by the Slovakian team soon attracted a rise in demand. This presented a clear opportunity to upscale both capacity and capability, so a neighbouring space was leased in 2018 to facilitate continued growth.
Over the course of ten years, the team proceeded to improve manufacturing flow within both sites (including enhanced walkways to maximise space and improve access), as well as adding new visual features to much of their equipment. This mindset served to spearhead innovation and, as a result, production in Slovakia continued to thrive.
The facility will expand into a third building – alongside the same site – in 2023.
The latest unit will focus solely on manufacture and contain not one, but multiple ATC-100 machines, offering an increased capacity for highly advanced technical cleaning.
Joining the ATC-100 will be the likes of an all-new 400-tonne stamping machine, as well as a fully automated laser paint removal machine to assist with ongoing projects.
